Spiritual Leadership

When a man rules his family
righteously in the fear of God.
He is anointed with spiritual authority.
His influence shined on them
like the morning sun on a clear blue day.
They grow like fresh grass
in the sunlight after a rain.
His effectual life comes down on them
like showers that water the earth.
His righteous family will flourish,
and peace shall prevail in his house.
